Canterbury Gold
Launched in 2013 Canterbury Gold™ culinary oil is pressed from the seed of the plant Rapeseed (brassica napus) grown as crops by farmers in Canterbury New Zealand.
All seed is cold pressed (i.e. no heat or chemical is used to extract oil from the seed) and is extra virgin (the first cold press). This ensures all the good essentials and purity is retained in the oil for your benefit.
